1. Required General Information
Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 7 and 12 of Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9.4.2003, users are provided with the following information: the provider of the services subject to these Terms and Conditions is Camp Design Srl, registered office in Via Segantini 71, 20143 Milano CF VAT number 08919850969, registered at the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, capital of 10,000 EUR.

2. Conclusion of the contract and acceptance of terms of sale
The contracts of sale of the products on www.campdesigngallery.com, are considered concluded at the time of the receipt of the purchase order placed by the Customer to Camp Design srl and the latter accepts it. Camp Design srl will send promptly a purchase order receipt to the Customer.
The Customer , with the electronic purchase order , declares to have read and have accepted these general conditions of contract and undertakes to observe and respect in relation to Camp Design srl.
3. Processing of personal data
Camp Design srl, pursuant to art . 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, informs that the personal and tax data acquired verbally in relation to the business relationship, provided directly by the interested parties, or otherwise acquired as part of the company, will be treated in compliance with the above law including the confidentiality requirements provided by these. In relation to these may be exercised its right under Article 7 LD. 196/2003.
4. Customer obligations
The Customer is required, before submitting the purchase order, to carefully read these general conditions of sale. The forwarding of the purchase order involves the full knowledge and acceptance of these conditions .
The Customer must, finally, once concluded the on -line purchase procedure, print and keep these general conditions of sale, already examined and accepted during the conclusion of the contract.
5. Terms and Conditions of Sale
5.1 The Client buys the designwork , which characteristics are illustrated on-line in the relatives description document, at the price indicated on which is added the shipping cost.
5.2 All prices quoted on campdsigngallery.com are expressed in Euro (€) and are considered inclusive of VAT. Shipping charges ………………..
5.3 Camp Design srl reserves the right to refuse orders from users who do not give sufficient guarantee of solvency or from those with which there are pending disputes.
5.4 The prices of products may be subject to change. The Customer is responsible for checking the final price before completing the purchase using the order form.
Before the purchase order, it is summarized the unit cost of each product chosen, the total cost when it is purchased more than one product and their delivery costs. After submitting the purchase order, the Customer will receive from Camp Design srl an e-mail message stating confirmation of receipt of the purchase order and containing the information on the main characteristics of the goods purchased, the details of the price, delivery costs, applicable taxes, the means of payment and a reference to the general conditions of contract and information about the existence of the right of withdrawal. Following the approval of Law Decree 4 July 2006. 223 "budget measure" Art. 37 paragraphs 8 and 9, converted into Law 248 of August 4, 2006, entered into force August 12, 2006, which is restored to the obligation to communicate the list of customers and suppliers in the event of issue invoice, and the Decree Law 78 of 31 May 2010 converted into Law 122 of July 30, 2010, imposes the need to require Customers to communicate VAT and TAX CODE.
5.5 It is excluded any right of the Customer to damages or compensation and any contract or tort liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or property, caused by the rejection, even partial, of an order .
5.6 In the case of non-acceptance, Camp Design srl ensure notification to the Customer.
6. Terms and Conditions of Sale
6.1 The payment for the purchase must be carried out through one of the methods indicated on the order form (such as PayPal, credit card or debit card). It is also possible to pay by bank transfer. In the latter case, as ordered by the Customer we will be kept until receipt of proof of the bank transfer, to be sent to Camp Design srl via e –mail, no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance. The sending of the ordered happen only when the actual crediting of the amount due on c/c of Camp Design srl.
6.2 For security purposes only our payment service provider has access to the details of the card used for payment, while Lovli.it has no possibility to access or store such data.
6.3 In the event that the payment is refused, the order will be automatically canceled.
7. Right to Withdrawal
7.1 The Customer has the right to terminate the contract stipulated in terms of these general conditions, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of ten (10) working days from the day of receipt of the goods by the Customer, in accordance with Articles. 64 and subject to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 22.07.2005 n. 206). The right to withdrawal is exercised with the shipment, within the prescribed period, of a notice containing the name of the applicant, the item code and description and details necessary to carry out the refund, which must be sent by registered post with an acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: Via Giovanni Segantini 71, 20143 Milano. The notice may be sent, within the same term, by e-mail to info@campdesigngallery.com. The address to which the returned item must be shipped is Via Giovanni Segantini 71, 20143 Milano.
7.2. Any Customer choosing to take advantage of the right to withdrawal is required to return the goods by shipment in a period not exceeding ten (10) days from the date of receipt. The costs and risks associated with product returns will be borne by the Customer, who will send them securely with the guarantees necessary to ensure that the products arrive in perfect condition. The only costs payable by the purchaser to exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with this article are the shipping costs of the goods to the seller.
7.3. The return can not take place in any circumstance in which the products supplied have been blatantly object to use. Products must be returned with the appropriate protections in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled), with all accessories, instructions and any documentation.
8. Refunds
8.1 The reimbursement, following the exercise of the right to withdrawal, will be activated by the Seller in the shortest time possible within thirty (30) days from the date in which the Seller is made aware of the cancellation following verification of its proper execution and acceptance of returned products.
9. Delivery
9.1 The products of an order which has been accepted by the seller will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the purchase order, by means of courier.
9.2 The cost of shipping is the Customer's responsibility, according to the fees and expenses disclosed at time of purchase.
10. Responsibility
10.1 Camp Design srl is not responsible for damage of any kind arising from improper installation and/or use of the product which is improper and/or not in accordance with the use indications as well as damage caused by unforeseeable circumstances.
10.2 Camp Design srl is not liable in the event of loss of income, profits or data or for any indirect damages of any nature arising from or related to contracts subject to the Terms and Conditions.
10.3 The liability of Camp Design srl, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total value of the purchase order.
11 Suspension of Service
11.1 Camp Design srl reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without prior notice, the provision of Services for the time required for necessary technical operations and/or operations intended to improve the quality of these services.
11.2 Camp Design srl may, at any time, discontinue providing Service should there be justifiable reasons of safety or violations of confidentiality, providing, in this case, notice to the user.
12 Applicable Law
The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 on consumption, with specific reference to rules on distance contracts and by the legislative decree 9 April 2003 no. 70 on certain aspects of electronic commerce.
13 Complaints
For any claim or explanation , the customer must contact the number +39 02 39813995 or e - mail address info@campdesigngallery.com. The Customer will be contacted for clarification within 3 ( three) working days of the request.
14 Postponement
Although not expressly provided in this agreement shall apply to current Italian law.
